Zewa performs all warranty and out-of-warranty repairs on all Zewa, Delwa-Star and Private Label products in our local service department. Before sending your unit to repair, please read the troubleshooting section in your instruction manual. Warranty Repairs:

• Ship the unit to the address listed above, prepaid and insured.
• Return the unit with all of the components unless otherwise instructed.
• Enclose proof of purchase (with purchase date).
• Enclose a check or money order for the return shipping and handling fee.

Out of Warranty Repairs:

• Ship the unit to the address listed above, prepaid and insured.
• Return the unit with all of the components unless otherwise instructed.
• Enclose a check or money order for the return shipping and handling fee.
• If you would like an estimate of your repair charges, please request this in your letter.
