The plug of the charger and the probe do not stay in place. Is there something wrong with my unit?
Make sure that you feel a little “click” when plugging in the charger or the probe. The charger / probe will not stay in place when it is not connected correctly.
My charger light turns green after about 5 minutes even though the device is not charged. What should I do?
